Discontinue exfoliants 72 hours prior to your first facial. This includes, and is not limited to: retinol, Retin-A (tretinoin), glycolic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and scrubs.

Avoid facial waxing 72 hours prior to your first facial.
After Your Facial

For the rest of the day: Avoid makeup. Unless directed otherwise, cleanse skin at night and follow up with hydrating products.

Next 24 hours: Avoid excessive sweating, sauna, steam room, hot tubs, pool, direct sunlight and always wear SPF.

Next 72 hours: Avoid facial waxing.

Next 5-7 days: Avoid retinol, Retin-A (tretinoin), glycolic acid, lactic acid, mandelic acid, salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide and scrubs. (Unless directed otherwise)
